Overview
Zio Hair combines appointment booking (date, time, stylist) with a product cart and online payment — a dual-purpose platform for salon services and retail.
The problem
01Salons lose bookings to phone tag and no-shows. Selling products separately from appointments also splits the customer journey. Zio needed one place to book and buy.
