Overview

The platform combines appointment booking (date, time, stylist) with a product cart and online payment — a dual-purpose platform for salon services and retail.

The problem

Salons lose bookings to phone tag and no-shows. Selling products separately from appointments also splits the customer journey. The client needed one place to book and buy.

Approach

Auth: registration, login, account management
Booking by date, time, and stylist
Cart for services + hair-care products

Key decisions

Validate availability before payment to reduce failed checkouts
Keep booking steps obvious on mobile
